-Proships-All prices are base prices
-I have the right to decline request based on my own comfort
-Rude clients/ clients who take more than a week/month to respond will be blacklisted.
-Please provide adequate reference and information!
DO NOT PROVIDE AI REFERENCES
-I'm allowed to share/post wips/ stream on social media/portfolio unless it is a commercial/gift. Please let me know beforehand if you do not wish for your work to be posted.PAYMENTS
-Upfront payment is more preferable.
-For larger projects payment can be split half upfront and the remaining half after the final sketch is approved.REVISIONS
-Revisions will be free of charge until a rough color layout! If there are major changes to be made you will be charged with +10 USD per revision so please be mindful.
-Any errors that are made by me which require changing will be free of charge!DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
-Unless specified commission turnaround will be within 2 weeks - 2 months depending on the complexity
-If you wish for the commission to be delivered sooner ( around one week) a 25% rush fee of the commission will be applied as it will be prioritized.USE
-Copyright of the artwork belongs to the artist.
-No art should be used to train any form of AI/NFT/ Blockchain or crypto related projects
-No editing/altering or tracing without permission.
-For commercial content, publishing media and merchandise related use,commercial-usage fees will be applied.Digital/Promotional 50%: required for promotional art,videos,streaming and digital contentPublishing media 100% : required for book,comic,album,podcast cover illustrationCommercial merchandise 150% : required for selling physical productsPlease select the appropriate license when ordering.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
-I retain all rights to my illustrations
-I reserve the right to use my art for commission samples , portfolio purposes, social media, self promotion or art books unless requested not to or if required to sign a NDA.REFUNDS
-No full refund after the commission is in progress.
